"One for Sorrow"

An original A4 painting of a white eyed Witch and a Magpie, linked together with a gold chain (gold leaf).

This brand new ink and watercolour painting, with acrylic and gold leaf is created on thick handmade Khadi paper, the edges of the paper are rough and not straight, illustrating its handmade nature.

The inks and watercolours are worked into with water sprays and brushes, and overlaid with acrylic paint, the image is built up in layers.

Gold leaf embellishes this witchy character and magpie.

This Original painting size is 21x29cm, and the paper is mounted on to a stretched canvas. The painting is ready to hang as it is, or can be framed.

As always this original painting comes with a hand written, wax sealed parchment for authenticity, from Middlesbrough based artist Dianne Bowell.
