The Autumn Fairy "Revealed"

Since autumn is certainly here now, those autumnal colours have crept in, though there is still plenty of warm gold.

I love to watch the leaves turn and see the beautiful colours from my window as I’m working.

This Autumn Fairy “Revealed” is a kind of leaf kicking and crunching autumn walk in portrait form, created in inks and acrylics on watercolour paper.

 

Size of the image is 19cm x 25cm, on paper measuring 24x30cm, the paper is hot press Hahnemuhle watercolour paper. 

My work is ephemeral feminine expressionism, I am a painter, I work with all paints and mark making mediums, inks to oils. Currently exploring themes of Folklore and mythology, and inner beings.
